Over the past few years as a high school English teacher, I have witnessed an infinite amount of pretentious vulgarisms. Whether it is in the halls or in the classroom, language has turned to filth; dress has become obscene and leaves little to one's imagination; honor, courtesy, honesty, and righteousness have been transformed into shamelessness, contempt, knavery, and immorality.
What used to be called a school dance would now seem as excessive debauchery. Even simple class discussions are led down the road of filth and smut by students who insinuate sexual habituations. Pornography is certainly alive at school in all of its forms. It feasts upon the curious and feeble minded youth, thus destroying the sanctity of innocence and virtue.
Where are the parents? It is my experience that sound parental guidance has in fact evolved into detatched, uncaring, let-them-do-what-their-going-to-do-anyway, nonsensical parenting. Because of this imbecilic irrational thinking, the youth of today are led not by loving and caring parents, but by their own curiosities and indulgences, which have ultimately dragged them into their own spiritual demise.
I believe the most profound thing to say about all of this is, "POOP on all of you half-witted-idiotic cretins that claim to be raising children!" There, I feel much better now.

I'd have to say that I completely agree! I worked at a high school in the dean's office for 2 years and I was appalled everyday by what I saw and by the actions of the students there. Even worse was when their parents defended their awful behavior. At least I can say that I learned a little about what I wanted to do as a parent.
Did you have a good day Mike? I think I could "read" you raising your voice! 100% with you though. I think the "grown ups" are defending themselves through defending their children and don't even take a moment to realize that in trying to save their image (not wanting to take responsibility for their kids making them look bad), they are actually looking worse.
Parents now days do way to much for their kids. Little do they know that those kids won't ever be able to leave the house because they will have no independence...maybe they will get locked up somewhere else from the sound of it. At least then they can leave home... ha ha.
Amen, brother!!
